As a personal finance coach for over 20 years, I have a lot of experience helping people understand and improve their financial situation. As a practicer of Reiki, meditation enthusiast and follower of God and practical spirituality, I have spent a lot of time researching and applying stress management and spirituality principals to my own life to improve my health. As you will read in my blog posts, I find that matters of health and wealth are truly intertwined when they are both improving.
