First and always the best business success tip you can ever receive is to keep your attitude positive. I am not talking about having a good attitude. NO, that is not strong enough to handle the abuse that gets put on your daily outlook. You need to have an extraordinary attitude. A bullet proof attitude and you cannot let anyone or anything take control of your thoughts or your feelings during the day, because if you do, you will surely lose your grip on that positive mindset.

The best way to protect yourself from sliding to the negative is to be sensitive to those little nagging attitude reducers that can sneak into your daily activities. As soon as you are feeling less than excellent, or something disrupts your flow, take a minute and think about something that makes you smile or laugh. In fact, there are very few reasons to keep those crazy, efficiency killing emails that we all get. But this is one of them; it is a good idea to keep just the best ones in a folder for times when you need a quick attitude adjustment.

Simplicity Sells

The second best tip is to use the KISS method. You know, Keep It Super Simple (I know some of you have different meaning for those S’s). If you are rolling your eyes at me right now because you have heard this so many times and this is just old information in your mind; then I challenge you to ask yourself if you are using the KISS method in all parts of your business. When I ask myself to put it to the test, I find that there are areas where we are multitasking when we should be focused. I would bet that you will find that too. My advice is to make sure you are using the KISS method consistently when you are communicating in anyway with your customers. This will be one of the best customer retention techniques you can use on a daily basis.

It takes action to succeed in business

The final business success tip I want to cover now was best explained by Bob Doyle, personal development coach and world renowned speaker. He said make sure you are using the GOYA principle. Because to succeed in anything you must have an extraordinary attitude, keep your processes super simple and Get Off Your @$$!
